By accessing, browsing, or using the planpo.st website, dashboard, or any services provided by planpo.st (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
planpo.st is a social-media management platform that lets you plan, schedule, and publish content across supported social networks (including Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and Threads), track performance and revenue attributable to that content, and collaborate with teammates.
The Service relies on third-party platforms and APIs. Platform features, rate limits, publishing capabilities, and analytics are controlled by those platforms and may change without notice. We work to keep the Service reliable, but we cannot guarantee that any specific third-party platform feature will remain available.
To access the Service you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
When you connect a third-party social account, you authorize us to publish, read, and analyze content on your behalf within the scope of the permissions you grant. You can revoke that access at any time from the Connections page or directly in the third-party platform's settings.
You agree not to use the Service to:

When you connect a social account, you also agree to comply with the terms, policies, and developer agreements of that platform. By using planpo.st you specifically agree to be bound by the applicable terms of every platform you connect, including but not limited to:

You retain ownership of the content you upload or schedule through planpo.st. By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service (including delivering it to the third-party platforms you have connected).
You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of anything you publish. You must also comply with the community guidelines, advertising policies, and terms of service of every third-party platform you post to.
Analytics, insights, AI-generated suggestions, and repurposed content produced by the Service are provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before publishing.
planpo.st offers paid plans billed monthly or annually through Stripe. New accounts may be eligible for a free trial. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you will continue to have access to paid features until then.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may update pricing from time to time; changes will not affect your current billing period and we will notify you before any change applies to a renewal.
We aim to keep planpo.st available and working as described, but the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled publishing depends on third-party APIs that may be rate-limited, unavailable, or change behaviour without warning. We will make reasonable efforts to retry failed publishes and to surface errors promptly.
We perform regular backups, but you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of critical media and post content. We recommend exporting media from the library if you need an authoritative long-term archive.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, planpo.st disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that analytics will be free of imprecision, or that any specific engagement or revenue outcome will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall planpo.st, its officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless planpo.st and its officers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (i) your use of the Service, (ii) content you publish through the Service, (iii) your violation of these Terms or of any third-party platform's terms, or (iv) your violation of any applicable law.
The Service — including its software, features, design, and trademarks — is owned by planpo.st or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any part of the Service except as explicitly permitted by law or with our prior written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we believe your use of the Service puts other users or connected platforms at risk. You may close your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, limitation of liability, and dispute-resolution terms) will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which planpo.st is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and — if unresolved — through binding arbitration or the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable consumer law.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and planpo.st regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force.
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
